Pastor Lucious W. Smith has pastored the Friendship Baptist Church in Pasadena, California since 1996. Pastor Smith is the Past President of the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance of Greater Pasadena (IMA) where his desire was to create an atmosphere of unity and fellowship among Christian Clergy, resulting in a unified presence in the cities in which they serve. Additionally, Pastor Lucious served as the Vice President of the Clergy Community Coalition (C.C.C.), a non-profit organization which seeks to address the issues of spiritual enrichment and community reconciliation in the Pasadena and surrounding areas. Pastor Lucious has been married to his wife Genine for 29 years. They have a daughter, Camille, and a son, Jordan.
Sam Williams is the Treasurer of the Board at PFCDC. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Trustees at Friendship Baptist Church in Pasadena, CA. He is retired from Hong Kong Shanghai Bank (HSBC) and has over 40 years of experience in the development of banking systems.
Cynthia Foster, COO, joined the staff of Union Station Homeless Services in 1997. She has more than 20 years of finance and administrative experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Ms. Foster provides oversight for the organization’s finance, human resources, facilities and administrative functions. She is responsible for the design and development of policy and procedures for each of these departments.
Barbara Richardson King, a 3rd generation Pasadenan is a proud wife, mother and active member of the City of the Roses. As one of the premier real estate professionals in the area, Barbara has been serving the greater San Gabriel Valley for over 20 years. Specializing in residential and residential income marketing and sales, Barbara has been awarded, “Rookie of the Year”, Top Listing and Production awards, and most recently she received the Diamond Circle Award for her outstanding performance with the Pasadena office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokeage.
A product of the Pasadena Unified School District, Barbara matriculated to Cal State Los Angeles where she majored in Business before transferring to UCLA where she studied Economics.
Ron Cunningham retired from a distinguished career with 26 years in civil service reaching the rank of Principal Inspector and also the Emergency Management Coordinator for the Los Angeles Housing Department. Ron spent 12 years with the Department of Building & Safety as a Building Mechanical Inspector. The last 14 years with the City of Los Angeles were with Housing Department where he was a key player in the development of the Systematic Code Enforcement Program (SCEP), which won a Harvard’s Kennedy School of Business Innovations in Government Award in 2005.
Ron is part of the adjunct faculty at Pasadena City College and has taught Building Construction courses for the past 13 years. Ron is a California Emergency Management Agency certified trainer in the Safety Assessment Program and trains inspectors and structural engineers to assess buildings for structural, wind, and flood damage following disaster.
